Website Maintenance Pay As You Go
Written by AdministratorIf you are a small business or start-up and are not ready to commit to a maintenance contract then our website maintenance pay as you go service is for you. With this service you pre-pay a set number of hours and use them as and when needed. So for example you could use seven hours in your first month, none in your second, and three in your third month.
Once you have used up your pre-paid hours you then have a choice of whether to purchase another block of hours, sign up for one of our regular website maintenance service plans, or take nothing.
Pay As You Go Prices
You can book hours in blocks of five up to any amount and use them over any period of time within a three month period. The three months start from the moment you book the hours and cannot be carried over into the next period.
Pay as you go hourly fee is £45 + VAT per hour.

Additional work* charged at £40 per hour
Silver website maintenance plan - £175 per month
Suited to businesses and organizations that want more business and are looking to drive more customers to their website.
Up to 5 hours support each month
Response time to enquiries: 3 hours
All work commenced within 24 hours

Additional work* charged at £35 per hour
Gold website maintenance plan - £300 per month
If your website is essential to your organization, whether that be in terms of income revenue or is essential to your business image then the gold website support plan is for you.
Up to 10 hours support time each month
Response time to enquiries: 2 hours
All work commenced within 24 hours
Monthly site quality and functionality assessment (Details on home page)
Additional work* charged at £30 per hour

The first thing we do with new clients is a site quality and functionality assessment. This falls into two areas: indexability problems and Usability problems.
Usability problems
The following is a list of some of the things we do for you:
- Check for broken links and redirects - this is one of the quickest way of losing visitors and potential customers to your site
- Check for broken links to cascading style sheets (CSS) and scripts required for proper page and menu display and operation
- Missing alt image attributes
- Slow loading pages
- Deep navigation - making it difficult for users to find your content
- Missing images - also checking that all images are optimized for quicker loading
- Images or pages that don't display correctly in different browsers
We also provide design guidance, for example is your unique selling proposition being shown above the fold? In other words, can users see your main offering as soon as the page loads or do they have to scroll to find it?
Indexability Problems
